1. All sales final: all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for services already billed, partial months, unused time or unused features.
2. No free trial: we don't offer free trials.
3. Automatic renewal: monthly plans renew automatically each billing period at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
4. Cancel anytime: call 704-557-6699 or email tripper@tmwdigital.com before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access to your services through that period, and you won't be billed again. There are no cancellation fees.
5. Plan changes: upgrades and downgrades apply from your next billing month.
6. Ad spend: paid ad spend for Completely Managed is billed separately by the ad platforms and is governed by their terms.
